Yes! We love doing custom orders. Processing times for custom orders are between 10-14 business days. If we don’t have SOH, we may have to order beads in, however when you send an inquiry, we will let you know prior to you placing an order if we need to order anything in and the timeframe around that.

Absolutely not. Please refrain from giving a child that is under 3 any of our products, the should not be used as toys or anything teething related.

Our Silicone Beads are free from BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC & Latex though our products are not designed for babies at all.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind. In the unfortunate case that your product has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us right away so that we can arrange a solution that will satisfy you. You can contact us here.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website or app to see the current status of your package.
